GENERAL

Scandinavian Settler AB, company registration no. 559478-2137, is a liftstyle brand that sells workwear, tools and accessories for forestry and gardening work to individuals and companies in Sweden ("the Customer"), through the website www.scandinaviansettler.com.

AGREEMENT
These general terms and conditions of purchase ("Terms") apply when a Customer enters into a contract with Scandinavian Settler for any of the products provided by or from Scandinavian Settler.

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
Prices
All current prices and fees are presented are valid at all times. Scandinavian Settler reserves the right to adjust the prices at any time. However, neither price reductions nor price increases will affect an order confirmed.

Payment
The payment methods offered to the Customer are those available on the Website at the time the Customer places the order. The payment terms applicable are those stated at the time of ordering, and may differ depending on the product and/or service ordered by the Customer and the payment method chosen by the Customer.

DELIVERY
Our ambition is to deliver a customer´s order within 1-5 working days, provided the product is in stock. Longer delivery times can apply during high selling periods. Scandinavian Settler charges a delivery fee for each order. It is the total weight of your order and the chosen delivery method that that determines the shipping cost.

WARRANTY
Our products are made of high-quality materials. However, it is possible that products may have a material or manufacturing defect. It is of utmost importance for us to receive feedback on defective products as soon as possible so that we can take further action. For warranty cases, please contact Scandinavian Setter through info@scandinaviansettler.com as soon as possible, but within 30 days of discovery. Please have your receipt for the warranty to be valid.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Discount codes cannot be combined and can only be used once per Customer. When ordering, the Customer will be able to see what the discount code entails in price reduction per product and/or service in the Order Confirmation page and email.

CUSTOMER DATA
The Customer confirms that the personal data provided by the Customer in connection with the order are correct and completely filled in and is responsible for any incorrect data.

DISPUTE
These Terms are governed by Swedish law and all disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court.
